Privacy policy statement
This page describes the methods of site management concerning the handling of users’ personal data.
This policy statement is made in compliance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code, and applies to the users of Bellegno di Zaffalon Dino & C. s.a.s. web services, accessible online at the following address: www.bellegno.com.

by authorized personnel, or by persons employed for occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service will be
communicated or circulated.

is handled with the sole purpose of performing the service or action requested, and is not communicated to third parties.

Navigation data.
The IT systems and software procedures used for the functioning of this web site obtain, in the course of their normal functions,
certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in
order to be associated with identified persons, but by its nature it may, via processing and association with data held by third parties,
allow users to be identified. The following information falls into this category: IP addresses or dominion names of the computers used to
connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in
making the request to the server, the dimensions of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given
by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and informatics environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of gaining anonymous statistical information on the site’s use and to control its correct
functioning.
The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Voluntarily data provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic post to the addresses indicated on this site results in the subsequent
acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary in order to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in
the message.

VOLUNTARY NATURE OF DATA TRANSFER

correction (as per Article 7 of Legislative Decree no, 196/2003).
In compliance with the Article above, the user has the right to ask for the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the
